Screen Printing: Plastisol or Water Based Screen Printing
For screen printing, we use high-quality, eco-friendly, and phthalate-free plastisol or water-based inks. They produce vibrant, long-lasting prints with a pleasantly soft feel. We can use up to 8 ink colors per design—for vivid, detailed results.
Our standard screen printing size is up to 33cm x 45cm
For larger prints, we offer an oversize option measuring up to 43 cm x 55 cm.
Simulated Process Colors
Our simulated process screen printing is the perfect choice for vibrant, multicolored designs. This technique uses opaque inks to produce rich, detailed prints—regardless of the fabric color.
Since the prepress process varies depending on the design and technique, we will coordinate the details with you personally in advance to ensure the best possible result.
Puff Prints and other effects
For a unique tactile experience, we also offer screen printing with special effects like puff, high density, gloss, glitter and other special effects.
By using a special additive, the printing process can creates a effectuful or three-dimensional, raised impressions that adds extra texture, light, and depth to your design.
These techniques are particularly well-suited for logos, lettering, and designs that are meant to stand out with a touch of sophistication.
We recommend using special effects for small access within your design, rather than for large areas. Sometimes less is more.
